1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Tulip Spark Cleaning Agency ("we", "our", or "us"), including our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We may modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified terms.
2. Services
Tulip Spark provides cleaning services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The specific services to be provided will be as described on our website or as agreed upon in a separate service agreement.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice or liability.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Services must be scheduled in advance through our website, by phone, or via email. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred schedule, subject to availability.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost. No-shows or cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance may be charged the full service amount.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, staff illness, or equipment failure. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
4. Payment and Fees
Current service rates and fees are as listed on our website or as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to change our rates at any time, but will provide notice before applying new rates to existing recurring service arrangements.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For recurring services, payment may be made in advance or through an automated payment system.
We accept various payment methods as specified on our website. Late payments may be subject to additional fees and interest charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
To facilitate our cleaning services, you agree to:
- Provide access to the premises at the scheduled time.
- Remove valuable or fragile items from areas to be cleaned.
- Secure any pets that may interfere with the cleaning process.
- Inform us of any special instructions or areas requiring particular attention.
- Notify us of any potential hazards or special conditions at the premises.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
If we fail to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial refund or credit toward future services, at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tulip Spark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the theory of liability, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services directly giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Nigeria.
